The crosstown trails are amazing routes, connecting the four corners of San Francisco. They pass through hidden trails, public parks, stairways, and community gardens along the way.

There are two options: one connecting Candlestick Point to Sutro Baths, and one connecting Fort Funston to Pier 23.
With a couple of friends, we decided to walk from Candlestick Point all the way to Land's End and Sutro Baths on a mostly foggy Friday in September. It took us roughly 7 hours of walking, and about 9 hours total including stops.
